About the Role and Skills:
We are looking to hire a Field Assistant to help us with on-farm activities, training, and data collection activities. The role also involves program management with our farmers and involves travelling
Responsibilities:
Complete responsibility for the selection of onion cultivars
Distribution of onion to farmers
Collection of the onion sales amount from farmers and logging all such transactions
The important role is crop monitoring - monitoring the plots from planting to harvesting
Keeping all the records in the app and recording the daily operation in the farmer's app
Discuss with the farmers, convey their problems to the company and help find the solution
Implement any such solutions on the ground
Collection of Onion Seeds from farmers
Quality control - take seed samples for testing and make sure the numbers are within the companies quality standards
Eligibility:
Preference for singles and freshers and someone who is willing to travel
It is necessary to have your own bike in a good condition
Accommodation will be arranged by the company
Salary:
Rs 12,000 to 14,000 salary per month. Travel expenses will be reimbursed @ Rs 3 per kilometre. This is Monday-Saturday working and Sunday will be holiday.
