About the Role and Skills:
With 32 years of dedicated service in the onion seeds sector in India, Rahee Natural Seeds Pvt Ltd. has established itself as a leading name in the industry. We expanded our network to Madhya Pradesh in 2023 and are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Regional Manager for the MP region.
Job Profile:
- Sales Network Management: Oversee the sales network of distributors and dealers in MP, ensuring effective connectivity with CNF.
- Team Management: Manage and supervise the daily tasks of our 5 or more Agriculture Field Officers, ensuring proper task management and follow-up.
- Onion Production Expertise: Possess strong knowledge in onion production on farms to provide valuable suggestions to farmers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in Madhya Pradesh.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and CNF partners.
- Provide training and support to distributors and dealers to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to distribution and logistics.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of 2 to 3 years of experience in the seeds industry in Madhya Pradesh.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural market dynamics and distribution channels in Madhya Pradesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Four wheeler driving skill with proper licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh.
Salary:
- Salary will depend on the candidate's performance and past record, with a minimum starting salary of ₹45,000/-.
Facility:
- Company-provided car, House rent allowance and other facility.
