We are looking to hire a Sales cum Field Assistant. We welcome enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about agricultureand committed to making a positive impact on Indian farming communities.
Responsibilities:
- Visit dealers in the designated area
- Conduct visits to farmer plots and provide guidance on good agriculturalpractices
- Collect farmer data from dealers and visit respected farmers
- Organize farmer meetings and provide product details during the meetings
- Keep dealers updated about company information and report dealerinformation to the Regional Manager
- Conduct company campaigns in various villages
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in agriculture sales
- Excellent communication skills in the local language
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or equival
Region:
- Post 1: Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch
- Post 2: Dewas, Sihor
- Post 3: Khandwa, Khargone, Badwani
- Adjacent districts may be visited based on dealer network.
